Why don't we use PayPal?
We have been asked a number of times why we no longer accept PayPal payments. Unfortunately due to PayPal rules and regulations, they have decided that they will NOT take payments for any CBD based products. This is unfortunate, but beyond our control.

We appreciate many of you feel safe and secure using Paypal for your own security and we would like to assure you that our payment processor Viva Wallet is equally secure and protected by the Chargeback guarantee.

Who do we use for our card processing?
We use a card processing company called Viva Wallets. Viva Wallets is the recommended processor of the CTA (Cannabis Trades Association), and is used by many CBD companies throughout Europe. It is safe secure and offers excellent protection against your purchases.

Viva Wallet provides acquiring and issuing services to businesses to over 17 European countries.

Your purchase is provided with the same HIGH level of consumer protection it receives on Paypal.
